  • Are there any areas in Ottawa where you don't provide service?

    No, we service all areas of Ottawa.

  • Do you provide service in the Quebec area?

    No, unfortunately we do not provide service in the Quebec area.

  • What are your warranties?

    All products come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. Warranties can vary from one year to ten years depending on the product you have chosen. We offer customers the opportunity to purchase extended labour warranties on some of our products. Please contact us for further information.

  • Do I need to do an annual maintenance on my new system?

    Yes, you are required to do an annual maintenance on your new system in order to maintain your manufacturer's warranty. We offer affordable annual maintenance packages for most products to avoid complications with your manufacturer's warranty.

  • How much does it cost for you to come to my home and assess the situation?

    During regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 7:30am – 4:30pm) our diagnostic fee is $125 plus HST. During emergency service hours (Mon – Fri, 4:30pm – 7:30am and Sat – Sun, all day and night) our diagnostic fee is $187.50 plus HST.

  • How do your emergency services work?

    We provide 24/7/365 emergency service. If you are in a no-heat situation, or think you may have a gas leak, you are free to call us at any time and we will assist you as soon as possible. If you are not sure if you are in an emergency situation – don't panic! Give us a call and we will let you know how we can help.

  • Do you sell parts?

    No, we do not sell parts.

  • Do you use sub-contractors for your installations?

    No, we do not use sub-contractors for any of our work. All of our technicians are fully licensed, qualified, and hired by Ottawa Comfort.

  • Do you have liability insurance?

    Yes, we have liability insurance. Any accidental damage incurred as a result of our service is insured for up to $2 million in coverage.


  • What types of payment do you accept?

    We accept debit, credit, e-transfer, cheque, and cash (with applicable taxes).

  • How long do I have to pay my invoice?

    We usually provide an invoice after the services have been completed. Unless indicated otherwise, payment is due when you receive your invoice. Please note that the first quote provided to you may differ from your invoice depending on further requirements that may arise throughout the service.

  • Do you offer financing?

    Yes, we offer financing. Please ask a representative about financing options that are suited to your needs.
